Myroomory.com (“we”, “our”, “us”) values your trust and strives to ensure a seamless experience when you book hotels, dining, and events through our platform. This Return and Refund Policy explains our cancellation timelines, refund eligibility, and processing procedures.


1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation rules vary depending on the type of service booked:

a) Hotel Bookings

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made [24 to 48 hours] prior to the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within [24 hours] of check-in may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to [1 night's stay] or a percentage of the booking amount.

b) Dining & Events

  • Dining Reservations: Cancellations must be made at least [X hours] before the reservation time.
  • Event Tickets: Event bookings are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer or Myroomory.com.

2. Refund Policy

If you are eligible for a refund based on the cancellation terms above, the following rules apply:

  • Refunds will be processed on the net booking amount (excluding taxes and service fees, if applicable).
  • If a booking is confirmed but the service provider (hotel/restaurant) cannot fulfill it due to overbooking or technical errors, a 100% refund will be issued.

3. Refund Timeline

We work to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once a refund is approved:

  • The refund request is processed internally within [2-3] business days.
  • The amount will be reflected in your original payment source (Bank Account/Credit Card/Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds will strictly be credited back to the original source of payment used during the transaction.

  • If you paid via Credit/Debit Card, the refund will go to that card.
  • If you paid via UPI or Net Banking, the amount will be credited to the respective bank account.
  • We do not offer cash refunds.

5. No-Shows and Early Check-Outs

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your booking without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
  • Early Check-Out: Refunds for early check-outs (shortening your stay) are subject to the specific hotel’s policy and discretion.

6. Force Majeure

Myroomory.com is not liable for refunds in cases where services are disrupted due to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure events), unless the service provider explicitly offers a waiver.

We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time to comply with payment gateway regulations and business requirements. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
